ABOUT THE POSITION
The Tenants' Association is one of Sweden's largest popular movements. They organize tenants and work for everyone's right to a good home at a reasonable cost.
We are now looking for students who can support the team in Administrative Support with ongoing administrative tasks related to various authorizations. In this assignment, you will play a central role in handling Swedbank-related matters. Your work will involve ensuring the correct handling of bank forms, authorizations, and bank cards, which is crucial for the organization's financial flows. You will work closely with the team to maintain high quality and efficiency in our administrative processes.
The work is largely routine-based, structured, and clear – and is well-suited for you who are meticulous, responsible, and want insight into how administrative processes work in practice.
This consulting assignment is time-limited and runs from February to April or May. You are expected to work two days a week, and the work takes place on-site at the office near Globen, Stockholm.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Tasks
In the role, you will among other things:
- Check incoming Swedbank forms (to ensure they pertain to the correctly elected representative)
- Log in to Swedbank and check if authorization already exists
- Archive forms where authorization already exists
- Forward forms to Swedbank when authorization is missing
- Follow up on feedback from Swedbank
- Order bank cards and set up authorizations (provided that necessary authorizations exist)
- Document and keep order in lists and materials (Excel)
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Is studying at a university or college (preferably in economics, law, administration, or similar) with at least 12 months left of your studies
- Has good computer skills and is comfortable with the Office suite, especially Excel
- Has very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
- Is meticulous, structured, and enjoys administrative tasks
It is an advantage if you have previous administrative experience.
